Looking for a fun, easy, and innovative way to raise money for your organization? Casino parties are not only a popular and profitable way to raise money…they’re also fun! Luckily, The Spencer Daniels Agency can provide you with the highest quality casino games, the most cutting edge layouts, and trained professional party dealers who will go out of their way to provide your guests with exceptional service to keep your guests entertained while you’re raising money!
A SDA casino party has the look and feel of a real Las Vegas Casino. The only difference is that at a casino party, dealers are not accepting real currency at the gaming tables. Guests at your casino party will use ”fun money” in exchange for chips. So, as your guests arrive and check in, they will receive a pre-determined amount of fun money supplied by SDA ($50,000). Unlike Las Vegas, no real money will be won as a result of gaming. So how do you hold a casino party fundraiser if the guests don’t use cash at the tables? Let the Spencer Daniels Agency Show you! www.sdacasinoparty.com
Step 1: Ticket Sales
The key to reaching your fundraising goals with a casino party is to get people to attend your casino fundraising event. Each guest at your casino fundraiser can be charged an entrance fee to attend the event, which is essentially a mandatory donation. Give one of our event specialists a call at (845) 693-4576 or email us at email@example.com and we will gladly walk you through the details!
Step 2: Get Table Sponsors
Another component is to seek out private and/or corporate sponsors for each of the casino games at your casino parties. For example, an “Ace Table Sponsor” may cost $1,000 and they are the only sponsor for the entire table with their name and logo appearing prominently, or two sponsors can split the table for $500 at a “King Sponsor Table”
Create as many tiers as you like so that your casino fundraising event can have large and small sponsors!
Bonus: Consider bringing in “celebrity dealers” to deal at your fundraising event! “Celebrity dealers” could be figureheads from your community, the event host or hostess, or even business owners who are sponsoring tables at your event!
Step 3:Have a Silent or Live Auction
Many times people will incorporate a silent or live auction into a casino party, which is a great opportunity to raise more money for your organization.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Are casino parties legal?
In most jurisdictions, absolutely! Only play money is used – no real money is used in the games!
2.What are the most popular casino games?
Blackjack is the number one played game by most guests at any event. However, your guests will move from game to game throughout the event. Some will try all the games offered at your party while some will stick to what they know best. Craps is the game with the dice that generates a lot of excitement – as typically everyone “sinks or swims on the tide of the dice” together. Roulette is a fun game that tests your intuition and “lady luck”. Texas Hold’em poker has become amazingly popular in the past several years with so much of it shown on various TV shows. For variety, we also have other versions of poker games – played on blackjack sized tables and one on one against the dealer – such as Caribbean Stud and Let it Ride.
3. How much equipment do I need?
If the casino is the main/only form of entertainment for your event, you will want to have enough gaming seats from 60-75% of your guests. If you have two forms of entertainment you will want 45-60%.
4. Can we provide our own dealers?
It’s your choice. Most customers use our trained professional dealers because it makes for a more professional event and makes your planning so much easier. However, if you want to use your own volunteers, or Celebrity Dealers as mentioned above, you are welcome to do so. We will still provide crew for delivery, set up, and takedown. You can also do a combination of professional dealers and volunteers.
5. How long should we run our casino party for?
Typically, most are three hours in length, though the range does vary from two and a half hours to four hours. Parties longer than four hours are often too long.
6. How are your casino dealers dressed?
Our casino dealers come dressed in black slacks, black shoes, white button down and a red, fitted, Vegas-style casino vest, which makes it really easy for your guests to distinguish a casino dealer from the rest of the crown.
7. Are casino parties a good fundraiser?
Absolutely, and as you can see you can structure them several ways. However, it is important that you structure your event correctly due to gambling laws and “risk” and “directly winning something of value” in games of chance. Call us directly at (845) 693-4576 and we can discuss specifics in further detail – as we’ve done these fundraising events for years!
